Hylton did a great job for us selling our home. He went over and above what was required. First, in preparation for the sale, he facilitated giving access to various vendors that were fixing things as well as cosmetic enhancements. Second, and most importantly, our house sold in 1 day!!! Absolutely wonderful to work with. Like having a friend on the “inside” working for you! He genuinely cares for his clients and it shows. He took the time to understand what was important us and was ultra-responsive to all our requests, and each time jumped on getting us into every place we desired to take a look at… and there were many! I found it most impressive how patient he was with us, helping us navigate through each part of the process and keeping us well informed during these tricky homebuying times. The areas we loved most were spread across Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, and Sarasota. All of which he had a lot of knowledge and gave us some great suggestions and recommendations that lead to us finding the perfect place. When we did find it, he showed his experience working the negotiation process and answered (or got me answers) to the ton of questions I had, being a newer Florida resident. All closed without a hitch and he was available for the things I needed him for the entire way. He’s even followed up with me a couple times since closing to ask how we are doing settling in.
